No need to redraft , just follow it in letter and spirit. I think if need be to redraft ,there could be questions on the two nation theory itself.

  5. Ejaz Khalid says:

We have reached to the verge of destruction at this point in history that our country holds name of one of the most unsafe places on this earth. I some time say; God left this land while ago. I have a thought; this place probably can born again with some gross root ideas modification.

    1. We make it a secular state. Religious phoneticism, intolerance and believe we are the best race and religion on earth has grown as a big monster and its horrible. This country can’t be run any further with this nature of believes. If we get a chance to read the Mr Jinnah speech couple of days ago before partition; this clearly delineates the religious fate of the country. Its certainly not this Islam nor declaring Non Muslim to other sections.

    2. Continuous electoral process. No selection of a criminal from another bunch of criminals; President win the vote from public not from other corrupts. Presence of Senate if dangerous; again some corrupts selected from corrupts.

    3. Clean Judicial system; our courts never did justice.

    4. Hang the Generals that turn danger to democracy.

  14. Ahmad says:

Greetings to all: I do not want to write a dossier, almost every adult Pakistani knows the problems and pretty much the solution also. Here is my observation and comment. Last year when England had ugliest racial roits and thousands of stores and businesses were burnt and trashed. The Queen of England crossing her constitutional duties addressed her nation and asked her Prime Minister to end the fear factor.{ Quote: I do not want any citizen or UK guests should walk with fear in UK. I want every body in UK should walk without fear any time and anywhere he or she wishes.} What a beautiful thing to say. Some people will say we are not England. Nonsense; we were also a fear free country and people walked freely all the time. The prime minister’s government did that within weeks. I say to the Prime Minister Gilani, ” I want to come back home and want to walk around in my home town Karachi with my wife, children and grand children without any fear, which is my birth right also. When I was attending college and university, my best entertainment was to go to Saddar have dinner with my friends, walk to Intercontinental Hotel and have ice cream and coffee and walk back on foot to PECHS without any fear. I have been to all the places in the world and been blessed with good life, but I have never forgotten and duplicate the joy and the kindness of my people. Please, Mr. Prime Minister, do whatever it takes to bring my city to normal. Nizamuddin Ali Ahmad. D.Sc, P.E. Research Engineer. Houston, Texas USA.

  18. parshu narayanan says:

Those areas where Muslims are a majority shall be constituted into an Independent state which will be sworn to fraternal relations with Hindu-majority India regardless of the inevitable disputes over the partition as violence against and enmity with those peoples with whom our ancestors have lived in neighborly peace for centuries and with whom we share genetic and cultural commonality will mitigate against our national interest

  19. Syed Faisal imam says:

Pakistan will be a land of freedom, the state will serve and protect the rights of the individual Pakistani who will all be treated equally. 21. just assure that we are following quaid e azam’s slogan “faith, unity and dicipline.”which is derived from the ahadit of great leader MOHAMMAD PEACE BE UPON HIM.

  22. Noor Chaudhry from Canada says:

    Well,il
First & for mostly, I recommend in the strongest version of language that Pakistan must get rid of the feudal political system from the roots. This is the mother of all infectious diseases in the political system of Pakistan.
    2. All political office bearers must be elected by the masses of public of Pakistan AT ONE TIME , BUT NOT, REPEAT BUT NOT BY THE PROVINCIAL & NATIONAL ASSEMBLIES. These political office bearers are illegal with great flaw in this (B.D Political system.) Political-horse racing & floor crossing also b considered illegal
    3. All political parties must have an Election within their parties, otherwise Election commission should – disqualify these parties & can not take part in the election. All political parties must provide list of their paid or non paid members list to the (E.C.P.) Election commission of Pakistan. It will not only help E.C.P. but also help on the long run to Pakistan & it’s nation.
    4. All political parties must follow the same route as others in the political arena. These points will help Pakistan in the long run.

  23. Zohaib says:

Separate Religion from the matters of the State and Educate people!!!!

    Los Angeles, CA

  24. Bharat says:

very strong penalties for the Armed forces not following civilian authority. Total and detailed Transparency in Government

  25. Nothing matters more in the lives of people than safety of their life, property and security of their love-ones. Only thing that can ensure law and order is the honest and efficient law enforcement. IF Pakistan can only do one thing and that is adopt Western style police system then peace can prevail in the streets and roads of the country. Just one thing is needed: REFORM POLICE SYSTEM in which hiring is done only at the bottom, and a constable rises up to become chief of police. No direct ASIs or PSP.
