Mr. Jinnah’s speech to the assembly is the most suitable for incorporating into Pak resolution.

In my view the health, education and rule of law must be given to ever Pakistani citizen.
Leaders and minister must declare their asserts after every 3rd month
promoting creative and intellectual ideas and leaders…using music and media to change the youth and elders alike..like allama iqbal said “jawano ko peero ka ustaad kar” its a different world today…youth= key and all will fall into place…no society develops from force it is through guided direction and creativity…like US’s success can be traced to freedom of creativity and lack of force
Honest,just and knowledgeable people in your system and politics that can create a peaceful Pakistan and a prosperous community of your people.
Pakistan ought to: be completely secular at every level; have a free market system that allows some specific high-impact interventions; move towards non-feudal political and economical structure; decrease its military size while relying more on professional diplomacy in dealing with international-relations matters; provide standardized secular education for all; strengthen its checks & balances for all civil and private institutions;

Well said Zohair.
I would add two more points: … Declaring education compulsary for all children for 10 years, and declaring women to be equal to men in all respects.
Pakistan is being ruled for the greatest part of its existence by liberal and secular rulers . We can see the disaster the secular rule brought to our motherland. Pakistan lost its eastern wing in a very shameful military surrender during the rule of a secular and liberal ruler. The first military action fiasco in Baluchistan took place during the PPP rule, a very secular party. Kargil mess was a making of yet another secular military ruler. For the last four years Pakistan is again under the hard core secular rule of PPP, need I say PPP secular rule is perpetuating the same crime of corruption and carelessness that has wrought Pakistan since its birth.
Secularism has done no good to Pakistan. Shall we not look for a different system of government for our beloved country!!
Agreed 100%
